Yulia and Kaled Morsey own and operate the largest buffalo ranch in North America, which is located just outside of Sacramento. Buffalo serves as the inspiration for their new restaurant, which includes a wide range of buffalo based menu items. I have dined at Morsey’s Farmhouse and really enjoyed both the food and atmosphere.
