We were pleased to represent the seller in the marketing of this beautiful new home. Constructed in 2022, the architectural style is Modern Farm on the exterior, with transitional interior finishes. Located just a few short blocks from downtown Los Altos, this home enjoys quick access to desirable amenities, including the new Community Center, Freeways, hiking trailheads, schools, the San Antonio Caltrain station and downtown Mountain View. Situated an oversized lot, the backyard is private, spacious, and scenic.

We were pleased to represent a trust company in the sale of this this original condition 2 bedroom entry-level home. Frankly, we also take pause in referring to $2.65M as entry level, but within the context of North Los Altos, this is where the rubber ultimately hit the road. Through strategic re-painting, restoration of the hardwood flooring beneath 40 year-old carpet and by staging with contemporary furnishings, we believe that we were able to achieve a very high return on the $10k of capital invested during the preparation of this property.
Come the weekend, one of my favorite things to do is to pack up my rolling shopping cart and spend Sunday morning with my 15 year old daughter at the award winning Mountain View Farmers’ Market. Voted Top 5 in the Nation by American Farmland Trusts’ Favorite Farmers’ Market Contest, the Mountain View Farmers’ Market runs year-round and showcases over 80 farmers and food purveyors every Sunday, 9am to 1pm. The market is located at the Caltrain Station where parking can be a challenge, so my recommendation is to arrive early, and park in the residential areas. I usually have luck parking with on, or in and around Villa Street.
We enjoyed working with a buyer in their acquisition of this off market North Los Altos property. Prior to coming to market, we were able to present an offer and negotiate the sale of the property to all of the party’s satisfaction and close the transaction in less than 30 days.

I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Yulia Morsey of Morsey’s Farmhouse, a recently opened Farm to Table restaurant in downtown Los Altos. Yulia and Kaled Morsey own and operate the largest buffalo ranch in North America, which is located just outside of Sacramento. Buffalo serves as the inspiration for their new restaurant, which includes a wide range of buffalo based menu items. I have dined at Morsey’s Farmhouse and really enjoyed both the food and atmosphere.
