We were pleased to represent a trust company in the sale of this this original condition 2 bedroom entry-level home. Frankly, we also take pause in referring to $2.65M as entry level, but within the context of North Los Altos, this is where the rubber ultimately hit the road. Through strategic re-painting, restoration of the hardwood flooring beneath 40 year-old carpet and by staging with contemporary furnishings, we believe that we were able to achieve a very high return on the $10k of capital invested during the preparation of this property.
Come the weekend, one of my favorite things to do is to pack up my rolling shopping cart and spend Sunday morning with my 15 year old daughter at the award winning Mountain View Farmers’ Market. The market is located at the Caltrain Station where parking can be a challenge, so my recommendation is to arrive early, and park in the residential areas. I usually have luck parking with on, or in and around Villa Street.
